ibis Tallinn Center Hotel takes care to make every visitor feel safe in our hotel! We do our best to ensure that you have a completely stress-free and relaxing stay with us!

According to the regulation of Estonian Government, we will ensure the infection safety and control of hotel visitors and we are waiting to ibis Tallinn Center Hotel guests who have:

  • vaccination passport (immunization certificate) or
  • proof of COVID-19 disease recovery (proof is valid for 180 days from a positive test).

Children aged 12-17 are required to present one of the following certificates:

  • vaccination passport (immunization certificate) or
  • proof of COVID-19 disease (proof is valid for 180 days from a positive test) or
  • negative COVID-19 test certificate (SARS-CoV-2 antigen-RTD test must be performed up to 48 hours before the visit; SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test must be performed up to 72 hours before the visit).

COVID certificates must be presented together with an identity document.
We do not control the infection safety of guests under the age of 12.

NB! Mask obligation. All people (from 12 years of age) must wear a mask in public indoor spaces.

HOTEL CUSTOMERS – all hotel guests are required to provide an ID and one of the above-mentioned certificates at check-in. In the absence of such proof, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the service in public areas. All guests with a certificate are free to visit the the restaurant and stay at the hotel.

RESTAURANT CHARLIE`S CORNER – customers who do not stay in the hotel and want to come to the restaurant are required to provide an ID and one of the above-mentioned certificates upon arrival at the restaurant. In the absence of such proof, the restaurant has the right to refuse to offer the service in public areas.

CONFERENCES, SEMINARS, etc. GROUP EVENTS – we ask the organizer of the event to ensure that all participants in the event (regardless of the size of the group) have one of the required certificates. If the organizer does not guarantee that all participants have one of the above certificates, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the service.
