Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of our clients and employees as hotels reopen, we have elevated those norms even further by launching a unique cleanliness and prevention label: ALLSAFE.

The ALLSAFE global cleanliness & prevention standards have been developed with and vetted by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspections and certification to allow hotels welcome guests and teams with the highest standards.
Precautions we are taking to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in our hotel
* All our team members are trained to keep distance of 2 meters from each other and our guests and to practice hygiene by washing and disinfecting their hands regularly.
*Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guest room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats and more.
*Intensive disinfection of most frequently touched common rooms areas – door handles, elevator buttons, public bathrooms as well as lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and breakfast areas.
*Hand sanitizers available in lobby and restaurant area. One-time gloves and masks available for guests on request.
*The reception area is protected by see-through glass and receptionists wearing gloves while serving one customer at a time.
*Every room card is disinfected and used cards will not be used again for at least 72 hours.
* In the bar and restaurant all the common and frequently used areas are disinfected every two hours. Menus and tables disinfected after every guest.
